NESBA Wakefield

Wakefield is hosting our second NESBA show this year. A lot of volunteers will be needed to make this event a successful one. There will be many job slots that need to be filled. Please come back soon to visit the following two sites and find one that you can help out with. This is a fun and exciting day and a great way to meet other band parents.
The signup sheet for concession food items and job positions are now available. Please click on the link below and select one or more items from the list. Please note that this year we are purchasing the beef directly through the WPS Food Service due to health code regulations, so if you don't want to go shopping for other things, you can just choose the first slot for $10 towards the beef purchase. If you choose this option, please drop off cash or a check (payable to the Wakefield Music Boosters) to Chris Callanan at North Shore Pool
& Spa (152 Albion Street) any day prior to 10/3. We are open 9-6
weekdays, 9-5 Saturday, and 11-4 Sunday.
Slots 2-13 must be brought to WHS cafeteria on Friday Oct 5th between 2:30-3pm for apple crisp and chili prep. The remaining items can be brought to Landrigan Field on Oct 6th
between 12-4pm.
As a reminder all band students are required to bring in 2 dozen nut free baked items for the bake table. Further instructions will be coming soon.
