Volunteer Opportunities
The Wakefield Music Boosters hosts many events and fundraisers throughout the year to help raise funds for the Performing Arts Department. There are many job opportunities where we can use help from parent volunteers. Below are positions/events where volunteer opportunities are available. Time commitment is flexible.
All volunteers must complete a CORI Form along with a copy of your driver license and return it to Mr. Bankert or the Superintendent's Office.

Performing Arts
Concert Coordinators- Coordinator: Amy Brogna
Volunteers need to help with ticket sales, ushering, band wear sales
Photographer/Videographer - Coordinator: Alyssa Kelley
Take photographs and videos at all performing arts concerts and events district wide; coverage for K-8 is needed

Coordinate communication to Wakefield businesses, letters to previous WMB supporters
Pit Crew - Coordinator: Jason Allocco
Help with props and equipment. Help move instruments on and off the field at home football games and band competitions. Help load truck for band competitions.
Band Camp Dinners - Coordinator: Toni McGee
Coordinate dinners for band members during Band Camp
Food Pantry Collection- Coordinator: Alyssa Kelley
Drive food pantry donations to the food pantry.
Senior Night Coordinators - Kim Hackett/Allison Biggio
Marching Band Banquet Coordinator - Kim Hackett
Handle arrangements for Marching Band banquet, including locating facility, signing contract with facility, deciding on the menu, arranging for decorations and favors, etc.
