Jazz Band Gets Silver at MAJE State FinalsCongratulations to the Wakefield High School Jazz Band who received a Silver Medal from the MAJE State Finals. The band showcased three different styles of jazz music; swing, ballad and ragtime. Pieces performed were "Count Bubba", "I Remember Clifford" and "Black Bottom Stomp". MAJE Northeast District FestivalCongratulations to the Jazz Ensemble who received Gold at the MAJE Northeast District Festival in Reading. The three pieces they performed were "Count Bubba", "I Remember Clifford" and "Black Bottom Stomp".
